Here is a story of love being patient and blessings abounding. Kraig & Claire were scheduled to be married on 8 April 2020, and as we all know, the world was about to change. Restrictions, lockdowns and all manner of rules put in place to protect public health were also wreaking havoc with wedding plans! They didn’t throw in the towel, give up or think, “Nope, too hard”. Instead, Kraig & Claire continued with the marriage ceremony as planned. With only five people present, namely two witnesses, the celebrant, and Kraig & Claire. They were not about to miss the opportunity to get married! They would have to patiently wait two years for the world to calm down though. At least to the point where they could finally celebrate their marriage with friends and family!

Blessings

The celebration was set to coincide with Kraig & Claire’s two year wedding anniversary (which happens to coincide with ours as well), and so much happened in the meantime. Kraig and Claire have certainly been kicking goals and winning at life. They started their family with fur-babies Coco and Toasty, rescue kittens brought into a loving home. They’ve bought a house which is only a short drive from the beach. Kraig & Claire have also grown their family, welcoming their little baby girl only a few months ago! Looking back at their engagement session, it quickly becomes apparent that these two simply adore each other, as well as any time they can get to the beach! I’m sure their little girl will enjoy many a summer spent at the beach with mum & dad watching over her.

Thriving

Kraig and Claire deeply love each other, that’s plain to see. What the world may not know is just how well these two actually know each other. During the reception there was a quiz of various relationship questions. These two managed to answer every single one correctly! We were thoroughly impressed (and laughing heartily at some of the questions). Lockdown hasn’t been kind to many people or relationships. Still, it’s wonderful to see just how well Kraig and Claire have navigated their way through, how they’re thriving, and how they’re surrounded by friends and family that love them dearly and are so ready and happy to celebrate life with them.
